We are strictly guided by the requirements of the legislation and our values, which are enshrined in the Code of Conduct. Ethical business behavior is an integral part of our activities, which serves as the basis for building trust in our company.
We believe that everyone, regardless of whether they work for the company or not, should be able to report cases of unethical and illegal behavior of the company's personnel, its suppliers and contractors.
For this purpose, the joint venture Uz Truck and Bus Motors LLC has implemented an information system-a "hotline", which allows anyone to send messages about cases and facts of non-compliance with compliance standards, namely:
- Fraud, bribery;
- Violation of human rights;
- Compliance with the norms of business ethics by our counterparties;
- Harassment (in case of presentation of evidence);
- Violation of internal policies and procedures that may cause losses to the company;
- Conflict of interest.
