JV UZ Truck and Bus Motors LLC is a manufacturer of heavy-duty and passenger vehicles MAN and Sinotruk in the Central Asian region. The company was founded in August 2009 and is located in the Samarkand region. The Uzbek-German-Chinese joint venture "UZ Truck and Bus Motors" produces modern and reliable commercial equipment MAN and Sinotruk with a load capacity from 5 to 60 tons.

In 2009, taking into account the growing demand for large-capacity trucks for the industrial complex of the country, as well as for the further development of the automotive industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, based on integration with one of the world's leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, the joint-stock company Uzavtosanoat and the German concern MAN Truck and Bas AG, founded the joint venture JV MAN Auto-Uzbekistan, now the joint venture Uztruckand Bus Motors LLC

The production concept includes a complete chain of the technological process, which begins with the assembly of the frame, the installation of the main power units and the cabin, with the final test of the finished equipment on the test bench.

In 2015, the company mastered the production process of the MAN CLA model range cab, which includes welding, painting, and assembly processes. A great achievement of the company is the start of serial production of MAN A22 urban low-floor buses running on compressed natural gas and MAN RRZ SOASN intercity buses since 2016. The start of bus production will mark the acquisition by the plant in the Central Asian region of the status of a center for the production of buses of various modifications. On December 24, 2019, an agreement on the establishment of a joint venture was signed in Tashkent between Uzavtosanoat JSC, Sinotruk lnternational lnvestment Limited and MAN Truck & Bus SE. As a result, the company "JV MAN Auto-Uzbekistan" began to continue its activities as a new enterprise - JV LLC "UZ Truck and Bus Motors" and expanded the range of products.
